We’re currently in a quiet patch, film release-wise. The midyear blockbusters have come and gone, and their festive season counterparts have yet to appear. Even the Oscar bait is still waiting to be dangled. So, today we want to know what you get up to when you’re not watching movies? What makes up the rest of your entertainment diet? What do you do for fun away from the cinema?

TV shows and books. It’s also a good time for TV, with Boss, Boardwalk, American Horror Story and more currently on rotation. Sampling the new stuff is fun too: Arrow and 666 Park Avenue both have potential, though I’m getting pretty annoyed with Revolution.

Comics (duh), books (currently going through a hard sci-fi phase), TV series, anime, gaming (Borderlands 2!) and the Cooking Channel. Yes. The Cooking Channel.

Comics (currently reading through Fear Itself), boardgames (one of my favourite hobbies), expanding my knowledge in my field (learning Python), TV series (Firefly again), games (Borderlands 2).
In quite patches like this though, I tend to watch even more movies than normal as I start going through all the mega movie collectins. In the last month I’ve done LOTR, Matrix, Star Wars, Marvel Multiverse, Bourne and Pirates.
