Last week, Riot teased a brand new champion for League of Legends. All that could be gleaned from the short clip is that the upcoming character has a gun, some sort of fascination with the arts, and somewhat resembles Handsome Jack. Now though, we can finally see who this Virtuoso is, and exactly what he is capable of.
