HBO has dropped a new trailer for a documentary that will take us deeper into the life of the legendary actor/comedian/entertainer Robin Williams.

Audacious as it is born from convention, Barry is a noteworthy release in a tirade of fantastic television. Its namesake’s downward spiral is compelling from start to finish and, while a few of his motivations and goals are questionable, an accomplished performance backed by an intelligent script and some loveable, hilarious supporting characters make this more than worth one’s time

The Tale is the upcoming semi-autobiographical drama from writer/director Jennifer Fox. Jennifer (Dern), a globetrotting journalist and professor, lives an enviable life with her boyfriend in New York City. That is, until her mother finds a story Jennifer wrote at age 13 depicting a “special” relationship with two adult coaches. Reading the yellowed pages of "The Tale," Jennifer discovers the coded details she composed 40 years earlier are quite unlike her recollection.

HBO looks like they may have another hot property on their hands as the studio teams up with the always-reliable Amy Adams for a TV series based on the Sharp Objects novel by Gone Girl author Gillian Flynn.

Game of Thrones' upcoming eighth and final season may have a lower episode count, but HBO is making up for that by making each one bigger than normal. Much, muuuuuuch bigger for one record-setting battle sequence, in fact.
