It's a surprisingly busy month ahead, that builds on the hype of Returnal and New Pokemon Snap to deliver a stunning number of games. The big meal ticket this month is obviously Resident Evil Village, which arrives early with its tall lady goodness on May 7. From there, the rest of the month is positively stacked.

Metro Exodus developer 4A Games promised a beefy upgrade for its series of spooky Russian subway adventures on the two biggest console boxes around, and well…here it is! Also don’t worry about PC, it hasn’t been forgotten about either. It’s totally in on this upgrade path and isn’t being a third wheel at all.

It wasn’t just that the game wouldn’t be available on Steam that angered fans, but rather that it was summarily yanked away despite having been a pre-orderable product on steam for months before its very rapid shift to exclusivity.
