It appears Fox's troubles in adapting their New Mutants movie are only going from worse to hopeless as the studio may be pulling the plug on its theatrical release entirely.

Fox seems to have a mountain of uncertainty when it comes to their X-Men properties as Dark Phoenix director addresses some of the reasons for the delays and reshoots of their upcoming movies.

IT: Chapter One returned horror to the mainstream while also ruining a lo t of underwear in the process. Expect underwear sales to only go up as the sequel promises to be even more terrifying than the first film.

2018 was supposed to be the year of the X-Men. At least for Fox, as we already know that 2018 is the year of the MCU. It looks like Fox is not even going to try compete with that behemoth though and instead of three big movies, the only X-Men movie we will be getting is Deadpool 2.

Despite the looming takeover from Disney, it's business as usual for Fox. And business apparently involves developing a secret Silver Surfer movie written by comic book legend Brian K. Vaughn.

It seems Fox's X-Men Universe is plagued as new developments have brought about the need to reschedule their release schedule once again.

On the one hand, it’d be fantastic to have a puberty that allows you to lift a skyscraper with a flick of your imagination. On the other hand, imagine the mutant lottery selecting you for the crappiest of powers, which you can’t get a handle on. That seems to be the angle that New Mutants is going for.
