PlayStation Plus kicks off October with some stellar titles, including Metal Gear Solid V, Amnesia: The Collection and Hue.

InFamous: Second Son, Child of Light and PS Plus' first VR game headline a rather stellar month for the online rewards program.

Looks like Sony’s September line-up for PS Plus has been leaked. You can thank this ad that was spotted on FaceBook, which showed off at least two games: InFAMOUS: Second Son and Child of Light.

Sony usually covers the cost of having multiple servers per game with PlayStation Plus, a monthly subscription that gives players online access, free games and discounts on online titles. A yearly subscription would usually run you around R749 for 365 days of access to the service. Or it will, until August 31 as PS Plus is about to become more expensive.

You’ve just received your paycheque in the mail, and for once it didn’t bounce like a toddler flung onto a trampoline by a drunk uncle. Now you could be responsible and do adult stuff. Like pay your taxes and buy essential goods like…insurance and coffee creamer? I have no idea how to adult. OR, and hear me out here, you could spend your salary on video games instead.

Bugger everything, I’m staying inside to play some video games. Especially if they’re free, as that makes a trip down to ye olde video game shoppe unnecessary. Sony has come to the rescue on that front with the upcoming July edition of free games for PS Plus subscribers, and the selection this month is rather chuffing good.
