Starting in 2022 with such tentpoles such as Uncharted, Morbius, and Bullet Train, all Sony's feature films will have a new exclusive streaming home on Netflix after their theatrical release. And for some, they may even head straight to the digital platform.

We've never quite known what to call Sony's batch of Spider-Man-centric movies that haven't actually featured Spider-Man up until now. And now we really wish we could go back to that blissful ignorance.

In light the current industry shutdown, Sony has revealed new dates for their films including the sequels for Marvel's Spider-Man and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, prompting Doctor Strange 2 and more to also move.

Arguably the greatest Spider-Man film of all time is officially getting a sequel as Sony announces the release date for the animated hit.
