There’s a big picture being developed here, one that’ll make the trademark grind of The Division 2 more addictive than ever before as civil war rages on in the streets of the divided states of America.

Warlords of New York takes you back to the original isle of Manhattan for a showdown with rogue agents who have carved out their own empire in the ruins of the big pineapple (for a standalone price that is). New expansion, new gameplay and New York City!

Things have been pretty quiet on the Division 2 front. The second game in Ubisoft and Massive’s open world action RPG didn’t quite have the impact the first game did. Much of its import was robbed by a weak end-game and unnecessarily punishing raid that sapped player confidence, leading many to move on to other things. Yesterday, Ubisoft promised that something big was coming to The Division 2, for a reveal later this evening.
