Last week saw the first roster reveal for WWE 2K18, which mixed a collection of current roster faces with superstars from yesteryear that made Geoff feel very, very old. Here’s week two then, which also has a few nostalgic names thrown in. Warning, there might be an Earthquake.

What WWE 2K18 has is one heck of a roster. IGN has revealed the game’s first 47 wrestlers in a video featuring Renee Young, Corey Graves and Goldust - which includes current and classic wrestlers like Bret Hart, The British Bulldog, Diesel, The Bushwackers , Bam Bam Bigelow and I think I’ve run out of names I actually recognise.

Hold onto your butts folks. Crap is about to get real, because Friday is kicking off with not one, but like, more than that but less than three in the screenshot department. WWE 2K17 may have been a watered down version of a game that showed promise the year before, but at least it was a stunner in the department of having digital mountains of muscle clash in a flesh collision. That’s a trend which WWE 2K18 looks to continue, as it revealed two screenshots of cover star Seth Rollins in action.

If I could get my hands on some iconic WWE merchandise, I’d gladly settle for Mick Foley’s missing ear or The Rock’s cookbook. That…probably won’t happen. What will happen alternatively though, is that I’d drop some cash on the WWE 2K18 collector’s edition quicker than that time I bought a month’s worth of New Day-endorsed Booty-Os. This year, WWE 2K18 is celebrating 15 years of John Cena’s career, with a collector’s edition that’ll be limited to around 30 000 units. This is what it apparently looks like, but I can’t see anything.

WWE kicked off its Battleground pay-per-view last night, in an event that saw many a title change hands across several grueling matches. Here's all the action that went down.

Battleground’s fifth appearance in the WWE Universe has one massive draw this Sunday in the form of the most bizarre match ever devised: The Punjabi Prison Match.

E-TV's wrestling days are over because the broadcaster just took a steel chair to its exclusivity deal with the WWE brand, allowing Supersport to cash in on some money in the bank. That’s the word according to Supersport, confirming the new deal.
