Hey it’s déjà vu time. Again. As I’ve pointed out before, it’s very easy to draw comparisons between Jake Gyllenhaal’s Enemy and Jesse Eisenberg’s The Double. They both have shy and timid protagonists meeting unexpected doppelgangers with polar opposite personalities, and to confuse matters between the two even more, it turns out that Enemy is loosely based on a novel …
The first full length trailer for The Double didn’t reveal much. Besides for the voice-over revealing the plot in metaphor, all we saw were quick scenes from the movie that made it look like a psychological thriller, and not the comedy that it supposedly is. Last Updated: March 3, 2014
Meet Johnny 5, the robot that briefly stole the heart of the Eighties… Great ideas rose and fell like the tide in the Eighties. Gremlins got as far as two films, so did Conan, Ghostbusters and most would probably prefer to pretend there were only two Ninja Turtle movies. The Academy Awards? Ha! Don’t make me laugh! Who needs to see Jennifer Lawrence trip when you can see entire films miss a step and stumble forward into a whole new level of terrible! Last Updated: March 3, 2014

But what Newton didn’t account for, was the opposing force of gravity itself, Liam Neeson. And once again, the Neeson …
There’s a rumour that has surfaced this weekend that will have you running up walls in excitement if it turns out to be true. Its seems that we may be jacking back in to the Matrix in a couple years time, as a brand new trilogy is apparently being planned. In the immortal words of Keanu Reeves: Whoa! Last Updated: …
In the wee hours of this morning (local time), a who’s who of Hollywood celebs descended on the Dolby Theatre to be made fun of by Ellen DeGeneres while they badly pretend to be happy for somebody else when their name isn’t read from an envelope. Yep, it’s the 86th Academy Awards, the big daddy of the film awards shows, …
A spooky European village. Properly scary castle mania. Vampires. Werewolves! The only thing more frightening, is a glimpse at your empty bank account when it comes to deciding whether or not you can grab Resident Evil Village this month. Capcom's successor to its long-running survival-horror franchise is finally out, and if you've read our review then you know the game is a winner on multiple levels.
