Tom Clancy's EndWar is the first game that is offering the ability to control your armies with the use of voice command. While I have been let down in the past with voice command features, EndWar looks like it's actually going to pull it off. This video gives us a good idea of how the voice command system works and how the interface functions. The idea of controlling armies that have Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six squads in them is already enough to get me to sit up and pay attention but add a flawless voice command system and we may have the future of console RTS gaming staring us right in the face. "Alpha Unit, make me coffee!"

You would think that we had run out of things to say about LBP by now, but lo and behold we are still discovering new and wonderful features all the time. So what does Facebook have to do with any of this? Basically what happens is that when there are photos of your character, people will be able to tag you on the images just like on Facebook. This will allow you to then see that person's levels, favorites etc. Here is the official explanation of the new feature explained by Alex Evans, co-founder of Media Molecule: "You'll have feeds of photos of you -- levels that you've been in, photos people have taken of you. Then we take it even further, like Facebook. In any photos we know what kind of Sackboys were in it, who they were logged in as, so we put a box around their face which you can click and go and see that person. So if there's a cool level with a guy wearing an awesome costume, you just D-pad up to him and hit X, and now you can see his levels, his favorites." The new Prince of Persia has been gathering a lot of interest since it's announcement. While fans of the series will obviously be excited for it's release, newcomers are even finding it easy to cast an eyeball at the screenshots and news stories that we have been seeing of late. The reason for this is that the game is looking incredibly pretty now that the developers have opted for a visually intriguing cell-shaded style. The good news is that today Ubisoft confirmed that Prince of Persia will be on shelves and available for purchase on the 5th of December for the PS3, Xbox 360 and believe it or not, the Nintendo DS. Just in time for all the Christmas grannies to pick it up for their grandchildren. It's not only about the graphics though, the new title will also be featuring a new combat system and an open-world layout. Looking good Prince... looking good.

Some confusion on the internet has led to many gaming news websites announcing that the Mirror's Edge demo would become available on September 26. Unfortunately, anyone who was looking forward to some daredevil rooftop shenanigans will have to wait a little longer because EA has confirmed that the demo will in fact, not be available on said date, saying: "The demo will be out prior to launch (no official date yet) and the pre-order begins Sept 26". So while pre-orders will start on the 26th, no official date for the demo's availability has been set. Be sure that when a date is announced we will have the story.

The first time that you see gameplay of an upcoming game you can mostly see what the game is going to play like. After all of the cinematic movie trailers we have seen, we finally get to take a look at the actual gameplay for the first time. So then, what do you guys think? Have EA done enough to push the series in the right direction or does it look like they are just falling back onto whatever sold well? I am happy that they have moved away from the Pro Street idea, but I have to admit that this video absolutely reeks of Most Wanted in every way. I guess that now it will all be up to the way that they approach the campaign mode and how it will all play out.
