As tempting as it may be to make stream or post a let’s play of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red is asking that those people avoid doing that. And if their pleas fall on deaf ears? Then a well-tuned DMCA strike will get the job done.

Whether it sinks or swims, Cyberpunk 2077 is going to dominate the news cycle for a good period of time after launch, not only through reviews and features but through its impact on pop culture. And when you’ve got the most-hyped video game in history arriving in a mere number of days, of course you’re going to have a porn parody to go with it.

Cyberpunk 2077, the game of a dozen delays and impossible hype, is finally ready for its December 10 launch on a bunch of systems. Last week saw footage released for the game running on Xbox One X (meh) and Xbox Series X (better!), while this week the focus is on jacking into the Sony side of Night City. Also stop laughing, you juvenile lot. That sentence is only slightly funny.

Ahead of its December 10 release that is definitely still happening, CD Projekt Red has unloaded a whole new set of updated PC requirements for Cyberpunk 2077 that detail the bare minimum needed to get it running, and which family members you’d need to sell to the organ as spare livestock feed to get the game running on ultra settings.

Cyberpunk 2077 looks…okay on Xbox One X! It had all the visual hallmarks of this current generation of gaming, but it didn’t run so good and there were some noticeable frame-rate drops in the game which mostly ran at 30 frames per second. On the Xbox Series X, there’s a more stable game under the hood. It’s worth noting that this version running on the Xbox Series X is Cyberpunk 2077 without any console next-gen upgrades, so it’ll be interesting to see how the game evolves after those features are added.

CD Projekt Red’s ambitious sandbox was originally meant to launch on April 16, but that date was then moved to September 17. From there, the game would be delayed again to November 19 and once more to December 10. That’s some Duke Nukem Forever territory right there. Anyway, this looks to be the final delay, but that hasn’t stopped people from theorising that Cyberpunk 2077 will move once again towards a 2021 release.
