The Xbox Games with Gold for September have been revealed, and yes - they are definitely games. They may not be great ones, but hey, free games!

Another month, another round of games with which to justify the existence of your Xbox One! August is around the corner, and the games that’ll be available for the Xbox One with its Games With Gold service are looking…well pretty decent actually! Without further waffling, here’s the full list of what’s coming next month.

Xbox Games with Gold is entirely fine this month, with a healthy dose of good multiplayer games and a Splinter Cell you might forget existed at all.

Ahh…it’s that time of the month were both Microsoft and Sony reveal the games that’ll be coming along to subscribers of their online services. As usual, Microsoft is first out of the gate, giving us a look at the selection of pseudo-freebies to come to Games with Gold. Well, at least they’ve revealed the games for Germany, which shouldn’t be too different from the one we’ll be getting.

We’re in the last week of April, which means it’s time for Microsoft to reveal the games that’ll be included in the monthly Games with Gold offering. This month’s games were entirely decent, with Jonathan Blow’s brain-busting puzzle adventure The Witness and Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate headlining. Of course, the real gem is the backwards compatible Dead Space 2. May’s selection of games may be better.
