Step on up folks, grab a bingo card and sit down. We’re going to take a look at the games that are rumoured to be shown off this year at E3.

Technically, Nintendo’s Pokémon franchise has well over 700 terrible pocket monsters, but finding the ten worst of the worst isn’t that difficult. There are plenty of great Pokémon out there, such as my beloved Umbreon, the elegant Gardevoir or the magnificent Solgaleo. Then there are those Pokémon.

There’s a new Pokémon game coming for the Switch, that’ll inevitably increase the system’s already impressive sales. The thing is, we know absolutely nothing at all about the impending game. Not a thing. We’ve had tacit confirmation that it’s a proper entry into the revered catch-em-all RPG series (and not another one of these mostly middling spinoffs) – but little else.

While Zeraora makes its debut after it’s generation before heading to a game, here’s a brief look at other legendaries who popped up ahead of schedule before they eventually made their way to the main series.

This month sees the release of Entei and Raikou for the Sun and Moon generation of Pokémon games, and getting your hands on them is easier than upsetting a Primeape on a bad day.

If there’s one thing Pokémon GO has seriously lacked since its launch two years ago, it’s an actual story. Not that I think anyone has minded, but Niantic Labs have set out to rectify that in a new update coming later this week.
