After a successful two season, the Rocket League Championship Series is back with $300,000 up for grabs.

Despite earlier interest in the Switch when it was still NX, Rocket League developers Psyonix aren't yet ready to say whether their breakout title will make the jump to Nintendo's new platform.

Sony has announced its store’s top downloads of 2016, and in first place for the PlayStation 4 sits none other than Psyonix’s Rocket League.

At The Game Awards last night, the Starbase ARC update was announced. It’ll launch next week, on December the 7th, and it’s going to take Rocket League to space.

Fans may log into Rocket League and find that their rank has jumped up. This is the result of an update Psyonix have deployed to recalibrate the system.

Psyonix have a new Rumble mode lined up for Rocket League which features eleven wacky but wonderful power ups that all but guarantee chaotic gameplay. That’s not all the football racer is getting next month though - there are new arenas on the way too!
