In 2005, A Nightmare on Elm Street: Real Nightmares was set to air. Englund would have hosted the series, which would have starred real people attempting to conquer their nightmares by being exposed to their deepest fears. If it sounds similar to that other show about phobias, Fear Factor, then you’re in the exact same frame of mind as the network CBS was when they cancelled the Freddy series after a mere four episodes.

Over the last decade, Assassin’s Creed has been more than just a video game series. Trendy clothing, light novels and even a well-received film managed to spin out of Ubisoft’s premiere franchise in leap of faithing into conveniently placed haystacks dotted around various locales throughout history. So what medium is left for Assassin’s Creed to shove a small wrist-blade into? Anime, that’s what.

While most TVs are sold as “Full-HD”, cheaper options were “HD-Ready”. The difference between the two? HD-Ready maxed out out at resolution of 1280 x 720p, which is high definition but not the highest definition around. Full-HD packs in the deficit with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 for a sharper result to the trained eye. According to TV distributor Nu-World Industries however, most people can’t see that difference.

The awesome cosplay of SEXPO 2017

By Darryn Bonthuys
