I’m starting to think that the upcoming L.A. Noire is my most anticipated new IP, the more screens I see the more excited I get for this title and the idea of playing a real detective game is absolutely appealing. I still think it’s going to miss the mainstream success of it’s Rockstar siblings (GTA and Red Dead) but I …
It would appear that the big boys out there have been given some Killzone 3 preview code to test out and give some write ups on and luckily for us it appears that some of these journalists have little to no morals and have broken the NDA. After the break there is a 10 minute Killzone 3 video in which …
As a gamer on the go, I’m quite fond of portable gaming devices. I love my DS with all my heart, but since acquiring an iPhone I’ve been carrying my DS with me less and less. While most iOS games aren’t quite as fully-fledged as their DS counterparts, some are surprisingly comprehensive and fill my needs of 10 minute gaming-on-go …
This weekend, the 5 minutes of personal, free time I managed to wangle away from family responsibility ended up being spent on what I thought was a fascinating read. While the premium Logitech G27 wheel is currently the cream of the crop, there’s a new product on the way that’ll challenge its position. And though I’ve always considered myself a bit of a Thrustmaster, …
I’ve always maintained that when it comes to gaming scenes in a country, nobody has it as bad as Australia. Well, maybe ze Germans also have it bad, but the Australian government seems to get their panties in a bunch a lot more often than those from the land of pretzels and lederhosen. When I hear South Africans moaning about …
MIT has always been that geek dreamland to me where you appear to be allowed to pretty much do whatever you want as long as it’s new and involves IT somehow. The latest invention from their hallowed halls is that 4 current students used a hacked Kinect and javascript to be able to browse the web without the cumbersome mouse …
A spooky European village. Properly scary castle mania. Vampires. Werewolves! The only thing more frightening, is a glimpse at your empty bank account when it comes to deciding whether or not you can grab Resident Evil Village this month. Capcom's successor to its long-running survival-horror franchise is finally out, and if you've read our review then you know the game is a winner on multiple levels.
