Earlier this week, I posted that a patch was in development for F1 2010. What I didn’t know at the time was how badly the game needs a patch after browsing through the Codemasters’ forums. To say some F1 2010 owners are unhappy, is akin to saying World War 2 was a tiny skirmish- a gross understatement. Last Updated: October …
Yes, DLC for the first Left 4 Dead. This DLC serves to tell us how the survivors from the first game met up with those of the second game, and takes place before “The Passing”, which was the DLC for the second game. I didn’t know story continuity was important to the Left 4 Dead fans, but there you go. …
Remember that curious Ubisoft published, Housemarque (Super S0tardust HD) developed game we told you about? The one that blended platforming with Ikaruga inspired shifts between light and dark? They’ve finally graced us with a trailer, showing the game’s intriguing bullet-hell gameplay. Sure, the trailer has some pretty dodgy voice-over, but the game looks effing incredible. It really does look like …
We were fortunate enough to have been invited to MTN’s launch of the iPhone 4 last week, and for some foolish reason they entrusted one of Apple’s latest handsets to us. Especially strange that it wound up in my hands, considering we have our own resident mactard Mac evangelist. I’ve been using the phone for two weeks now, so let’s …
Microsoft have just announced that in October of this year, we will see the release of a brand new Ultimate Edition of Forza 3. The Ultimate Edition will ship with all of the previously available DLC on the disc as well as something a little more special. That’s right, Microsoft have teamed up with the blokes from Top Gear to …
The mall-infesting zombies of Dead Rising are back and ready for some much needed zombie bashing. It has been four years since the release of the original Dead Rising from Capcom and instead of standing in the shoes of the now legendary Frank West, Dead Rising returns to tell the tale of Chuck Greene, an ex-Motorcross champion who has gotten …
So were you one of the millions of young boys who were ecstatic to find out Samus was actually a female back in the day? Don’t be shy it was quite a common problem and one that I personally think Nintendo resolved by making Samus female… rather than the official line of her always being a girl. But that’s just …
It’s Friday 1st and it’s also October, which means two things: A Flamebait Friday Debate and the rAge 2010 gaming expo. Today’s debate is all about South Africa’s only gaming expo, held at the Dome in Johannesburg at this time every year. How does everyone feel about the rAge expo? Are you going or are you giving this year a …
A spooky European village. Properly scary castle mania. Vampires. Werewolves! The only thing more frightening, is a glimpse at your empty bank account when it comes to deciding whether or not you can grab Resident Evil Village this month. Capcom's successor to its long-running survival-horror franchise is finally out, and if you've read our review then you know the game is a winner on multiple levels.
