Gamespot have got hold of a copy of FIFA and have kindly made some videos to demonstrate the 10v10 online and how much fun they are having. It looks like a blast, especially when Arsenal score and everybody is doing their celebrations in a big group. Be The Pro in FIFA 08 didn’t work so well online in South Africa …

The Way All Developers Should Be

By BrettC

I have just gained a whole lot more respect for Peter Molyneux. On Friday I wrote about how developers should put their games out in the open and let people see the good and the bad. Peter Molyneux went one step further, by picking out all the flaws in Fable 2 himself. Last Updated: September 15, 2008

The Xbox 360 has received it’s price cut in the US already and so far it seems to be doing exactly what was expected of it with huge sales spikes being recorded all over. Now it looks like the UK is about to receive a price cut of it’s own with the large Woolworths* chain advertising a price cut of …

We posted earlier about that big story doing the rounds that proved that Microsoft knew about the RROD problems before releasing the platform. At the time I thought it was an obvious point but it seemed that people were enjoying the witch hunt. Well the tables have now turned and Microsoft are now doing the hunting. New Tekken 6 Characters Revealed

By Nick De Bruyne

A nice bit of news for Tekken fans. Two new characters have been revealed for the upcoming Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion. The addition of these characters means that the character count is going to be in the 40 - 41 range! I don't think anyone can say that they aren't spoilt for choice. So, the two new characters. 1221330520256.jpg<643290sp7.jpgThanks to the Tekken Zaibatsu forums , an image has made its way onto the net showing off a female character who goes by the name of Alisa Boskonovich (You all remember Dr. Boskonovich, right?) and a new male character with a towering hairdo named Lars Alexanderson. Members of the Tekken Zaibatsu forums speculate that Alisa could take on the same fighting style as Dr. Boskonovich, but we won't know for sure until more details are released. Namco are going to be showing Tekken 6 off later this week at the 46th annual AM Show in Tokyo, Japan so expect more details about the game soon.

"It's time to kick ass and chew bubblegum... and I'm all out of gum" Ah the good old days. Duke Nukem 3D was actually one of my first online experiences, playing with a friend using my 56k modem. Now the Duke is coming to XBLA and the date has been set for September 24 and will have new features not seen in the original. 4 player co-op, deathmatch and some sort of innovative replay and clip sharing feature make up some of the features that Duke Nukem fans can look forward to. The game will also include achievements as is the norm with arcade titles but will also have concept art that can be unlocked. "Shake it baby!".

Fight Night Round 4: New Features Video

By Nick De Bruyne
September 15, 2008
in :  Gaming
2

Fight Night: Round 3 was a fantastic boxing game. Realistic graphics, great controls and fun multiplayer. There was very little wrong with this game as it delivered everything that a boxing enthusiast might enjoy straight to their living rooms. Fight Night: Round 4 is setting out to make the virtual boxing experience even better come 2009. A heap of new features are being added to the game to make up for all the short comings of the last title and improvements on all the elements that worked. The video supplied has been taken with a handheld cam so the quality is only half decent and the picture does shake a little but the presentation really gives you a good look at what this game has to offer so it's worth a look.
