MK vs DC: New details and features

By Nick De Bruyne

I used to be a huge Mortal Kombat fan but I eventually lost interest in the series somewhere around the time it became 3D. This latest video however, is looking really good and also answers a few questions, specifically ones like "why does teh_superman not pwn evaary1 with his leet skillz?". When I first heard of this whole game/comic crossover idea, I thought "Oh my, have the really become that desperate". After watching videos like this though, I have to truly say that it's making me sit up and pay attention. I really like what they are doing with this latest installment in the MK series, but I still wonder if it wouldn't have still been as good if it didn't have any DC characters in it. Don't get me wrong, I look forward to beating the snot out of someone with Batman, but it still feels really wrong to watch The Flash frolicking around with Sonya, its just so out of place. Regardless, its looking really promising!

You knew it was going to happen but I am a bit suprised at how quick it happened. Apparently the fat feminists out there are not so happy with the originally titled Fat Princess. According to them it is degrading to women and compounds the stereotypes of fat people. They even go on to ask why the developers didn’t rather …

This may be a glitch or a bug, or it may be something that only works with specific games. MGS 4 Already a budget title?

By Gavin Mannion
July 29, 2008

Now I know MGS4 was never expected to be a mass market success but hitting the bargain bins a mere month and a half after release is another thing entirely. Kotaku is reporting that Sofmap is now selling MGS4 for 3980 Yen or US$37… or just under R300 My personal opinion is that Konami has slashed the price to make …

By Nick De Bruyne

We have some footage that was shown at Comic-Con of the new DC Universe MMO that is headed to the PS3 and PC platforms. If MMO's aren't your thing or if you just haven't ever given one a go, maybe a familiar universe like this will be the best place to start. Gameplay looks pretty much how you would expect an MMO's gameplay to look and the visuals don't look bad considering the scale of the MMO world.
