It’s everything that I want from a proper sequel to the best damn action franchise ever made: High levels of adrenaline-pumping action, enough cheese to have a fondue party and a devil may care attitude when facing demonic beasts that happen to be the size of OG Xbox One consoles.

Devil May Cry 5 is dialling up its visuals for its upcoming release, as Capcom’s next stab at the forces of hell isn’t just an attempt at some S-Rank action, but also an effort to make that high definition demon demolition as photorealistic as possible.

Don't be too surprised at how far ahead in development Devil May Cry 5 looks. According to Famitsu magazine, Capcom’s devil-hunting simulator is already estimated to be about 75% complete.

Devil May Cry 5 was revealed last week at E3, with a release date of Spring 2019. Now, Capcom has shortened that release window to sometime before March 2019.

So how does Devil May Cry 5 improve on its signature action when Dante and Nero return? By making that action look as damn good as possible, that’s how.
