We’ve been having some problems embedding video’s since our last software upgrade so apologies if you stumble into posts and only see a link or something just as random. I am working on it. This week Yahtzee reviews Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions and manages to insult religion twice, spiderman about a thousand times and game developers constantly. So business as usual …
Bloody Hell! I always knew Facebook was responsible for draining away at productivity – but I had no idea it was this much. Facebook really ought to be destroyed, in a fire. human beings, you see, spend 927,000,000 hours a month playing those horribly casual Facebook games. Of the 250 million people utilise Facebook for games, Facebook, around 50 …
A few days ago, Lionhead’s Peter Molyneux paid Epic Games a visit with Milo in tow. Apparently guest presentations to the staff of Epic are a regular thing and this time they were all treated to a live demo of Milo – Molyneux’s Kinect project. The game was originally showed off at E3 2009 but it is still unclear as …
Someone secretly recorded the new trailer for the upcoming 3DS RPG from Level-5, Time Traveler’s. I don’t know anything about the game but I just had to post it for one reason alone, is it true that all Japanese girls sound like they are building up to an orgasm when they get surprised or nervous? Remember how back in 2000, John Romero wanted to make you his bitch? There was that gloriously over-the-top advertising campaign for his game, Daikatana. The game sucked. Romero made nobody his bitch and went off to make mobile games instead. He seems to be mellowing out a lot as he gets older because Romero now has a Facebook game! It’s …
All those pretty terrible ads you’ve seen on the internet for Microsoft’s controler-less motion-sensing doohickey? Those were incomplete! Unfinished advertisements! This is the first “official†one, and as expected, features all sorts of people jumping about like sillies not using controllers. Kinectimals, Dance Central and Kinect Sports seem to be the games on show, although it’s hard to tell, considering …
The patch we have all been waiting is for is finally on the way. That is, if you have the Xbox 360 version of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. One of the biggest omissions from the game at launch was the lack of online co-op and Crystal Dynamics have been promising a patch for quite some time now. …
Well it turns out that initial reports of Visceral Games being handed the reins to the C&C franchise were wrong. Electronic Arts has since piped up to correct the news that circulated earlier this week. A new Command & Conquer is still coming however. Who is making it? EA Los Angeles. Is that a good thing? Well that’s open for debate …
A spooky European village. Properly scary castle mania. Vampires. Werewolves! The only thing more frightening, is a glimpse at your empty bank account when it comes to deciding whether or not you can grab Resident Evil Village this month. Capcom's successor to its long-running survival-horror franchise is finally out, and if you've read our review then you know the game is a winner on multiple levels.
