2008? Not exactly a good year for business. Unless that business was videogames – new stats from NPD show that Americans spent an incredible $21 Billion on video game hardware, software and accessories. That’s an astounding increase of 19% over 2007’s figures. Gamers are apparently too busy tea-bagging downed Spartan foes, wiggling their bums pretending to hula-hoop or sneaking around …
I was browsing through the latest news over at PS3Blog.co.za this morning and I saw that they had a posting about what the co-creator of the Cell CPU (David Shippy)Â had to say about his little baby compared to the (also IBM developed) Xbox 360 Xenon CPU. When asked about which was more powerful he had this to say about the …
If you remember correctly, the Resident Evil 5 demo was only made available to people those who lived in Japan. The Demo is now available to download on Xbox LIVE and will be available on PSN next week as well. I had the chance to give the demo a good go and I will tell you that you should do …

Ben Kuchera’s ninja spy claims the bundle bundle will consist of a red Xbox 360 and matching red controller, a copy of Resident Evil 5 (naturally), an exclusive RE5 premium NXE theme, and a …
A while ago, I got in trouble with many people for taking a swing at Activision for their current business practices, which I still stand by. Despite that, the full setlist of Guitar Hero: Metallica looks fantastic! While Metallica is not everyone’s cup of tea, there’s no denying that playing along to one of the Gods of metal is a …
A spooky European village. Properly scary castle mania. Vampires. Werewolves!
