With the recent news of the LittleBigPlanet servers being shut down and the complete debacle that was the SOCOM beta we have to ask the question… Is it time to start charging for use of the PlayStation Network. Anytime the question is asked people point to the Xbox 360 Live network failing as proof that the charge model is not …

So yesterday we spoke about how well the LittleBigPlanet reviews are doing and it was only on Monday that we mentioned that Gears 2 was also receiving high praise from all over the Internet. Well today (actually yesterday) is Resistance 2’s turn with the first full review being published by IGN and with the reviewer summing it up nicely with …

Saints Row may have been a Grand Theft Auto clone, but Saints Row 2 managed to fill a niche by offering a straight shot of nothing but fun, which some people believe GTA did not. I personally did not enjoy the first one but Saints row 2 does have some hooks. Now a third edition is on the way. In …

Great news for Penny Arcade fans. Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness - Episode 2 is going to be available on Xbox Live this Wednesday. Coming in a little cheaper than last time, it will be available for 1200 MS points over Xbox Live and sees the story Gabe and Tycho continue. The big question will be whether or not it will be available in our region as the previous was not, which is a downright shame considering that it was well received in the regions that were lucky enough to get it. Can I blame Germany again? I love blaming Germany for everything.
