Win a GTAIV Key! Yay! Hang on… what? Boo.

By Nick De Bruyne

Rockstar had a contest for members of the "100% Club", with the prize being a "100% Club Key to the City". Eligible members have 7 days to complete their forms and send them in and the site also mentions that to get your key may take up to 120 days! There is obviously a problem for us South Africans. Yes, just like you would expect, we don't matter in the grand scheme of gaming things so our country isn't listed, with Rockstar saying: "If you are not a legal resident of any of the countries above, you are not eligible to win a prize/ Sorry, it's a legal thing." It's obvious that the rest of the world is just jealous because they know that gamers in South Africa have "L33T sKillZorz" and it wouldn't be fair to the rest of the world because we would take all of the prizes. Oh well, maybe someday we will suck and actually get some prizes.

Three important things to notice about this screenshot. 1. It’s gross and horrifying 2. It’s made by John Carmack’s company (Id Software) 3. It’s going to look worse (better) on the PS3 However all three of those things are overshadowed by our last article where John Carmack himself said that the 360 is the better platform to develop on. So …

Before you freak out I didn’t make up the headline. It is actually an exact quote from one of the most famous gaming developers on the planet. The technical director of Id Software, John Carmack,  has said that the 360 is the better platform if you want to continue to create games like we have had before. So is that …

It was expected to be announced at E3 this year but after the lack lustre showing of both Nintendo and Sony I wouldn’t be suprised if they had cut this off the announcement list on purpose as well. A leaked image is showing that we the Americans can expect to receive a huge price cut on the Xbox 360 Arcade …

Brace yourselves ladies and gentlemen. In fact, I want to make sure that you are sitting down. This just in: WiiSports activites burn less calories than their real life counterparts. I know, it came as a shock to me as well. The truth is, that instead of having a six year old figure it out, we can thank the American …

Left 4 Dead coming to the PS3?

By Gavin Mannion
August 2, 2008

Apparently this image is a scan of the latest Official Playstation Magazine, and if it is then it is good news for the PS3 fans out there. EA’s upcoming, previously 360 exclusive, co-op multi-player horror madness is now rumoured to be coming to the PS3 as well. Obviously everyone is now worried that it is going to be yet another …
