Ubisoft wants to keep The Division 2’s servers full with a constant supply of fresh content that won’t take a whole year to get right. Gollum from the Lord of the Rings is tragic, that’s for certain. He’s also mentally unstable and prone to violence. So how do you even begin to make a video game about him?
