Apparently Yahtzee hates StarCraft 2 and nothing else recent has grabbed his attention so he has gone all the way back to his PS2 days to review his favourite title of all time, Shadow of the Colossus. I have never played it personally and I can’t say that this review makes it sound overly interesting either… have any of you …
We all know what I’m on about here, right? As gamers, we are all aware of the hard hitters, the console sellers and the money makers in the industry. There’s a ton of big names out there, some of them popular because they’re just so damn good, and others that remain on top thanks to a fanboy following that refuses …
It was mentioned previously that the publishers may have a secret pact going on to see who can release the most ludicrous special editions ever with Modern Warfare 2 currently winning with the night vision goggles… But Black Ops is about to take that crown in style with the release of possibly the most awesome limited edition that has ever …
If there is one thing that is monstrously difficult to pull off in this day and age, it’s keeping something a secret. Keeping secrets, however, seems to be a skill that Ken Levine and his boys at Irrational Games are very, very good at. Three years after releasing the original Bioshock, they have smacked everyone out of the blue by …
If there is one thing we have consistently moaned about here on Lazygamer, it’s the lack of Xbox Live content in our Microsoft games. It’s been a long road of reports, phone calls, emails and complaining from our side. Not sure what we mean? How about that time that we reported that Gears of War 2 wouldn’t be getting the …

A lot of people seemed to have come away from the Incredible Connection sale pretty happy with their cheap purchases, although we have also heard that a lot of the stores had their major attention pullers like DJ Hero and …
I received a press release this morning reminding me that the upcoming Golden Eye on the Wii will coincide with the release of a limited edition golden classic controller. Now not to be overly dramatic about this but if you go out and buy a golden controller you are an embarrasment to all James Bond fans and will be shamed …
It really sucks to have to be the bearer of bad news when the news disappoints me more than most of the people reading it. Test Drive Unlimited 2, the sequel to what was essentially a launch title in South Africa has now been delayed to 2011 so that Eden Games can polish up the very important online multiplayer component …
A spooky European village. Properly scary castle mania. Vampires. Werewolves! The only thing more frightening, is a glimpse at your empty bank account when it comes to deciding whether or not you can grab Resident Evil Village this month. Capcom's successor to its long-running survival-horror franchise is finally out, and if you've read our review then you know the game is a winner on multiple levels.
