The video is a direct feed, which means that it is straight from the consoles and not pre-rendered in any way. Many people have given Treyarch (the developers of COD3 and COD5) a lot of grief for not being able to produce games that are of the same standard as Infinity Ward but considering that they only had 8 months to develop COD3, I think that they did a pretty great job.
