By Gavin Mannion

Ever since that Kane & Lynch episode I have been loathe to actually use GameSpot for anything but oddly enough they seem to be one of the only guys who have managed to get a lot of preview code out of EA Games… And one of my most anticipated titles this year is coming from EA Games, there is also …

10 out of 10 – Justified, Overzealous or Impossible?

By PillsburyDeeBoy

Every now and then a title comes about that the collective gaming press goes crazy for, upon which granting it universal acclaim and scoring the game a rare 10 out of 10. End of story? Hardly. There seems to be a feeling in much of the gaming community that one cannot legitimately score any game a 10 out of 10 …

GTA IV looking infinitely better and clearer on Xbox360

Ok calm down, I was only joking... I would like to thank Videogaming247 for pointing out these images that someone put up on Flickr. We have already put an article up of comparison shots of GTA's Liberty City and the real New York City, but this guy has done a really great job and put up some great images of man different landmarks. I must say that most of the shots are very impressive and it just shows what lengths Rockstar went to when creating the living, breathing recreation known as Liberty City. Head to the link given below to check out his Flickr profile and then fire up the slideshow. Alternatively you can go check out the original article from Videogaming247. source: Videogaming247 The slideshow can be found here.

Eurogamer has put up a list of what is supposed to be in the forthcoming Xbox Live Spring update. The update this year is very minimal and by the look of it there is very little that is really going to be added to the system. You can browse the whole list through the link at the bottom, however one …

Eurogamer.net has put up a preview of an entire level in Gears of War 2, as played by Cliffy B… While nothing new was really revealed, apart from the ability to chainsaw someone where you really shouldn’t, reading through the preview makes for some good reading. The game sounds like it is pretty solid as CliffY B actually played it …

Alone in the Dark: Driving Demo

Joystiq.com were not impressed with the voice acting in this Alone in the Dark trailer and it doesn’t take a genius to figure out why…. honestly though I don’t think it’s a real problem. It could be better but it is a horror after all and what is a horror without some bad voice acting in certain spots… They also …

Too Human – Video Footage

Too Human, an upcoming game for the Xbox 360 that I have paid little to no notice to… I don’t know why, it is being hyped all over the place but for some reason it just hasn’t sunk into my head yet… I think it’s because the name doesn’t seem to suit the gameplay, not that I am sure what …

Say it isn’t so…. In an interview with Eurogamer, Cameron Suey has revealed that the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed are not going to have any multi-player at all… He says that it was a very easy difficult decision (?) but that they decided to ensure that it comes with a great single player …
