This video appears to be the first leaked footage of the Mortal Kombat vs DC game that was recently announced. In this video you see Shao Kahn pitted against Batman in his Justice Lords outfit. This video, however, is about as fake as Pamela Anderson's breasts. This first video is done pretty well I must say, but once you view the rest of the videos (Link at the bottom), you start to wonder why the game is looking so damn terrible. I especially laughed when I watched the Superman video, which has a really horrible model of the man in steel and doesn't even have the superman logo on his chest, to make matters worse, he even pulls off Raiden's fly-through-the-air ability, otherwise known as the err, "hinda-bubble-air" or something like that. As an old-school fan of good ol' MK, I'm hoping that the first real footage will be decent, as the Mortal Kombat series died in my eyes somewhere around the release of Mortal Kombat 4. I was hoping that Midway would think of a great new way to retain the core feel of the original games, but still make something new ( Street Fighter 4 anyone?). However, the inclusion of the DC characters into the game makes me feel as if they have run out of ideas and are now turning to alternate methods of gaining attention. Sigh.
