There may be some rough edges, but for anyone looking for some fast-paced mobile suit action and who don’t mind a repetitive grind, Daemon X Machina is a big mech with cheese that’s worth sinking your teeth into.

Disney has an asset in their arsenal that knows the free to play market and how lucrative it can be…but they don’t want to remain in the video game development business. According to sources, the house of mouse’s big cheese Bob Iger is looking to sell the newly acquired FoxNext studio and rather make a few pretty pennies off of licensing fees.

The in-game item, available for $7, has players pushing back against Bethesda for violating rules that were established back when the game first launched.

Control, from Max Payne and Alan Wake maker Remedy, is a lovely game – and one of my favourite games of the years so far. It’s a mind-fuck of a game that blends Metroidvania-styled exploration with tight 3rd person shooter mechanics and super powers, all wrapped up in some intriguing, eyebrow-raising exposition.

It may be playable on just about any screen in several pre-selected countries, but Google Stadia will need some mighty fine bait if it wants to hook a few new converts to their way of thinking. A few free trials of Stadia, might be the perfect lure.
