You can consider this post our elaborate closing ceremony for the Lazygamer Awards 2010. Any second now I’m going to be joined on screen by rows of Vegas showgirls and fancy pyrotechnics. I’m then going to do a song and dance routine and dazzle you with my outrageous Sinatra charm and dashing good looks. Any… second now. Until that time, …
Of course you do! I mean who wouldn’t? Thanks to the wonders of video editing software, Youtube and a bunch of people who probably haven’t had sex or a meaningful relationship in a very long time, you can see all 2200 in just 4 minutes! Madness! The video (after the jump, of course) borders on subliminal, so please do not …
Alright, so Samsung didn’t exactly say that they like Kinect gamers, but they’re implying that by bringing free DLC for Kinect Sports – the game that shipped with all Kinect peripherals totally didn’t ship with all Kinect peripherals because that was Kinect Adventures (thanks Noodle!). They’re doing this because they’re a loving, friendly corporate giant with no hidden agenda of …
You’ve all no doubt been enjoying the Lazygamer awards today, as evidenced by the sheer number of comments. Of course, that may have something to do with the fact that we’ll be throwing free stuff at insightful commentary. Sure, some of our choices might not be congruous with yours, but that’s the nature of opinions. I think though – barring …
I’ve completely overestimated casual gamers. Of course, I’m being dismissive because I can, never actually having played the game. I’m sure there …
Earlier this year we posted up the first two episodes of Modern War Gear solid, a brilliantly executed parody/spoof that melds the Modern Warfare and Metal Gear Solid universes together. It’s been a long, long wait for episode 3 – titled Sun Down – but it’s been worth it. You’ll find silly jokes, in-humour and some pretty incredible special effects …
Remember the Humble Indie Bundle? That awesome collection of independent games earlier this year that you could purchase – in the name of charity - for the fantastic price of whatever the f*ck you wanted? Yeah, the one that pirate c*ck-tonsils ended up pirating anyway? It’s back, and it’s fantastic. For as little as $1, or more if you’re …
Sure, it’s been done before; we’ve seen the porcine plumber Mario and the lithe Luigi transported to darker, grittier settings – most notable in “There will be Brawl.†We’ve seen Mario/GTA mashups like Robot Chicken’s before, but this machinima by Country Club Pictures is special. The Mushroom Kingdom is a violent underworld, with Bowser as it’s criminal kingpin, and this …
A spooky European village. Properly scary castle mania. Vampires. Werewolves! The only thing more frightening, is a glimpse at your empty bank account when it comes to deciding whether or not you can grab Resident Evil Village this month. Capcom's successor to its long-running survival-horror franchise is finally out, and if you've read our review then you know the game is a winner on multiple levels.
