My Arcade is bundling 20 games from yesteryear into one handheld gaming console. Of course it happens to also look incredibly adorable.

Hitman 2 may not be changing its formula, but it doesn’t need to. Running with the momentum that 2016’s Hitman provided, IO Interactive’s return to a world of assassination is pretty much the game you remember…but better. Agent 47’s got a new bag of tricks, and there’s a ton of quality of life improvements present that makes the entire experience feel smoother, more refined and even more confident in its sandbox approach to mucking things up.

When Microsoft first debuted the Xbox One X – then stilled called Scorpio – Phil Spencer stood on stage and said that the new machine would soon deliver high-end VR. Given the Xbox One and Ocukus Rift partnership, the assumption then was that th4e new machine would come to support the Rift in some way. When the Xbox One X was released, there was no mention of VR compatibility at all, though it was still something in the system’s pipeline. It looks like they've quietly ditched VR plans.

A darker story, an emphasis on fun over balance and an honest effort to get players reinvested in the hobby of Destiny, Bungie is going for broke with its most ambitious slice of content yet in Destiny 2:Forsaken. While there’s still a lot that needs t be revealed and explored once it launches, design lead Lars Bakken still had plenty to tell me at E3 last week about the massive changes on the horizon.

Both the Dutch and Belgian gaming authorities have found that loot boxes and their resultant item trades constitute a form of gambling, and the Dutch have put their foot down. They’ve slapped Valve with a bit of legal muscle suggesting that if they hadn’t fixed the “gambling” issue by yesterday, Valve might have been in a bit of legal hot water.

Lara Croft's new adventure might not feature a whole lot different with its gameplay formula, but its focus on Lara as a destructive figure are incredibly intriguing.

Everybody wants some space of their own and with Fallout 76 offering a map that happens to be quadruple the size of Fallout 4’s uninhabitable radioactive wasteland, there’ll be room to spare. What will there be to see and do however? Nobody knows, besides some of the most rabid vault dwelling fans who actually went to great lengths to piece together a map of their own.

The conversation around cross-console play is one that continues, and was given a recent shot in the arm thanks to discovery that Fortnite accounts that have ever been tied to PlayStation accounts can’t be used on platforms other than PC and mobile. That’s right – if you’ve ever tied your Fortnite account to PSN, it can’t be used on Switch or Xbox One. Of course Sony’s not letting cross-platform play happen either.
