Director Ridley Scott has expressed interest a few times in the past to revisit his five-time Oscar-winning historical drama Gladiator, mostly though through some really terrible ideas involving gods and time travel to try and resurrect Russell Crowe's Maximus. However, it's been confirmed that he is indeed making a sequel, but with a much more traditional story.

Easily the best character in The Flash thanks to his down to earth attitude and everyman persona in a world full of Metahumans, Jesse L. Martin's has been kind of non-existent in season 5. There’s a good reason for that as during the break between seasons, Martin managed to pick up a back injury that has forced the actor to take a leave of absence.
