Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is out this week, bringing the anticipated sequel’s almost entirely multiplayer shenanigans to PC, PS4 and Xbox One. If ever there was a case for going digital, then Black Ops 4 is it.

The Witcher games were great big, open-ended RPGs that let players spend hours and hours in a living digital world, by themselves. While cyberpunk will likely hit those same notes, it may end up having a bit of a multiplayer injection too.

The superb character creation tool, which is instead a tweaked and perfected version of the suite of options found in each WWE 2K game. The best part of the feature? It’s comprehensive, massive in the options available and you’re able to put your own face inside the game. Microsoft – and Xbox’s future – is probably somewhere in the cloud. There’s already speculation that the next Xbox will stream games from the internet, although there’ll still be a traditional console available. Microsoft has now given us a glimpse of how things could work, with the unveiling of Project xCloud.

While Fortnite is the kind of game that actually requires some skill to play it, its rising popularity has also made it massively popular with a subset of jackasses who use every hack and cheat code under the sun to steal an advantage from more legitimate players.
