The Sisters Brothers is the upcoming dark comedy western from French director Jacques Audiard. Joaquin Phoenix and John C. Reilly star as Charlie and Eli Sisters, a feared pair of assassins in the employ of the Commodore (Rutger Hauer), who're tasked with tracking down and killing a prospector (Jake Gyllenhaal) in 1850's Oregon.
