Vambrace: Cold Soul Review: An Even Darker Dungeon

By Brad Lang
May 31, 2019

Building on the formula established by Darkest Dungeon, Vambrace hikes up the difficulty even more whilst providing a surprisingly decent story to boot. I want to clear the air first before I get going. I hate Darkest Dungeon. Like, adamantly. With all my heart. I would rather choke down three undercooked bricks, followed by a litre of sparkling petrol before …

We don’t know an awful lot about Square Enix and Eidos Montreal/Crystal Dynamics’ new Avengers game. We know that it’s being made with Marvel, who’re usually quite pedantic about quality, so it’s likely it’ll be a great experience. Since its announcement though, there have been rumours that Th Avengers will be a live-service game, something akin to Destiny or The Division. Given that Anthem was basically a game about being a team of Iron Man wannabees, it might be an even better comparison.

By Geoffrey Tim

in :  Gaming

PlayStation’s scored a goal with their PlayStation Plus games for June. You’ve got the Borderlands Handsome Collection (itself a collection of two games, one of which is great and the other is a middling cash-grab of a prequel), and Sonic Mania, arguably the best Sonic game in the history of Sonic games. The Xbox Games with Gold for next month don’t quite score goals, but they’ll let you score them.
