Marvel’s Spider-Man to Dragon Quest 11, Green Day’s ballad of a month-long slumber proved to be entirely incorrect as gamers worldwide stayed awake and burnt the midnight oil so that they could enjoy some new releases. No Man’s Sky may not have been the space-knees of the space-bee when it first launched in 2016, but a few years later and Hello Games’ passion project definitely was better. Not perfect mind you, but definitely a step in the right direction for those fans who had fallen in love with the idea of exploring a wide cosmos and …

After the colossal screw up of Battlefront II and its microtransactions, many fans were left wondering if the new World War II game would have a hint of that sort of progression, or even include loathed pay-to-win systems. In a post detailing the game’s economy, EA has tried its best to assuage those fears, saying that Battlefield V won’t include any purchasable items that might confer an “unfair gameplay advantage.”
