The lack of easy-to-access upgrades aside, MSI’s Laptops are exceptionally well engineered, and this one’s no different. The removal of the optical drive allows the award-winning Cooler Boost design do its job more efficiently, resulting in a cool and quiet machine that’s at home with work as it is with gaming.

HP’s Omen range of systems is generally powerful enough, but it’s the stuff that’s appended with an “X” that really gets interesting. Usually reserved for their desktops, the X signifies that the system packs in the bleeding edge, or is emboldened by some sort of radical design.

Domino DM368 3G Smartwatch review – Excellent hardware, not so great software

By Geoffrey Tim
August 21, 2017
in :  Lifestyle, Reviews, Technology

In the end, there’s an impressive amount of tech packed into a tiny space. For its price, it stuffed with a wealth of features that you’d struggle to find in more expensive and more established wearables. Unfortunately, as good as its hardware is, it's let down by some genuinely frustrating companion software.

Razer Kraken Pro V2 review – A simple, great quality no-frills headset

By Geoffrey Tim
August 17, 2017
in :  Features, Gaming, Reviews, Technology

HMD Global, the Finnish company that has the licence to make phones bearing the Nokia name has revealed its new, eagerly anticipated Nokia 8. It’s the first Android phone to have the Nokia branding, which is exciting stuff – but the phone itself is really just par for what you’d expect from a modern flagship.
